3,219 CUSTOMERS WITHOUT POWER IN CALHOUN SUNDAY AFTERNOON - Cooling Station/Water Available At Grantsville VFD Until 7 p.m.

4 PM SUNDAY - 3,219 customers are still without power ar 4 p.m. Sunday in Calhoun, and tens of thousands of customers are without power in the region, following Friday night's wind storm that swept through the region.

Power company workers are at it around the clock restoring power.

Many Frontier phone customers are without service because of the storm, gusting winds that reached 70-80 miles per hour, causing severe damage in several states, with one to two million customers without electric.

A cooling center with water available has been set-up at the Grantsville VFD until 7 p.m. Sunday.
