STATE SCHOOL OFFICIALS SAY 'HORSEPLAY' INJURED SPENCER TEACHER

State school officials are saying it was horseplay that injured a Spencer 4th grade teacher, indicating the horseplay likely got out of hand.
State media reported Thursday about an incident that sent the teacher to the hospital.
Roane County school officials have declined comment.
