ROANE PHYSICIAN'S MEDICAL LICENSE SUSPENDED FOLLOWING CHARGES

The medical license of a Roane County doctor and pastor arrested in two separate incidents has been suspended.

The state Board of Medicine suspended Dr. Kenneth Seen's license.

State Police in Spencer arrested Seen last week for allegedly sticking his tongue in the mouth of an elderly male dementia patient while caring for him at Roane General Hospital, the patient allegedly bit off part of his [Seen's] tongue.

Seen was also arrested for allegedly assaulting a 14-year-old boy at his church.

Seen's license will remain suspended until a hearing is scheduled later this month.
