"QUEEN MUM" MARGARET CELEBRATES HER 93RD - "Likes To Help Those Old People" (09/20/2008)

Margaret enjoys helping others, and once told the Herald that she enjoyed going to the Senior Center, "To help the old people." She is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Friends of Minnie Hamilton, she also belongs to the Order of Eastern Star #73, Sunny Cal Gals Red Hat Society, and participates in activities at CCCOA's Senior Center and is a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. Margaret has 2 children, son Larry and his wife Jane Cunningham, a daughter, Lee Anna and her husband Ray Jobin, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. The Sunny Cal Gals extend a special birthday wish to Margaret, saying, "Happy 93rd birthday to Margaret Cunningham - our Queen Mum. We all love you."
